Tiramisu Cookies – New Style Recipe
Tiramisu Cookies are soft chocolate coffee cookies filled with a smooth mascarpone cream. This New Style recipe brings the classic tiramisu flavour into an easy, bakery-style cookie that is perfect for coffee time, sharing, or a simple homemade treat.

Cookies Dough
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter, softened ( 100 g )
- 1/2 cup brown sugar ( 100 g )
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar ( 50 g )
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp water
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder ( 20 g )
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour ( 200 g )
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Mascarpone Filling
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese ( 200 g )
- 1/2 cup whipped cream ( 100 g )
Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add egg, vanilla, and dissolved coffee. Mix well.
In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a soft dough. Chill for 1 hour.
Prepare filling: whisk egg yolks and sugar over a double boiler until slightly thick.
Add vanilla, mascarpone, and whipped cream. Mix until smooth and creamy. Chill.
Scoop dough onto baking tray and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12–14 minutes.
Press centers while warm, cool completely, then fill with mascarpone cream. Chill before serving.
- Do not skip chilling the dough for best texture.
- Cookies must be fully cooled before adding filling.
- Mascarpone should be cold for a stable cream.
- Best served chilled for a tiramisu-style taste.
