Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter (150 g )
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (100 g)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g )
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (330 g )
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (100 g)

Cream Filling

  • 3/4 cup cream cheese (165 g)
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (100 g)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (35 g)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (30 ml )

Flavor Additions

  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp pistachio paste (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp strawberry powder (10 g )
  • 2 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add egg and vanilla, then mix until fully combined.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  • Cover and chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Scoop the dough into molds or shape into balls on a lined tray.
  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12–14 minutes.
  • While warm, press the center to create space for filling. Fill and decorate as desired.
