Cookie Dough
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter (150 g )
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (100 g)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g )
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (330 g )
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (100 g)
Cream Filling
- 3/4 cup cream cheese (165 g)
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (100 g)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (35 g)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (30 ml )
Flavor Additions
- 2 tbsp Biscoff spread (30 g)
- 2 tbsp pistachio paste (30 g)
- 2 tbsp strawberry powder (10 g )
- 2 Oreo cookies crushed
In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla, then mix until fully combined.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
Cover and chill the dough for 30 minutes.
Scoop the dough into molds or shape into balls on a lined tray.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12–14 minutes.
While warm, press the center to create space for filling. Fill and decorate as desired.
