- ¼ cup granulated sugar ( 50 g )
- ¼ cup milk ( 60 ml )
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour ( 300 g )
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips ( 100 g )
